Damage to fibre optic cable / connection

Please be aware that the F4RN responsibility extends only as a far as the boundary to your property.   It is the householder’s responsibility to get the duct from the boundary of their property to their house wall.  We can only offer a world class service fibre optic broadband service at this price if each household helps, or finds friends/neighbours to help with the installation. No other company can install a service anything like this at anything like this price…

However – this means that we have to charge to repair any damage to the fibre optic cable where it runs from the F4RN core network to your property.

The call-out charge is currently £48 (including VAT) and this covers any work carried out during the first hour.    If the fault takes longer than this to repair then we will agree the price with you before continuing.

We’re sure that you will understand why this is necessary – hopefully there won’t be that many repairs  to do and it’s still a lot cheaper than the competition!
