The Share Offer
To support the residents of Bleasby to build their own Gigabit ready full fibre network the intention is to raise £25,000 in F4RN Community Shares. Investors are asked to invest at least £500 with
a maximum individual investment of £2,500. All investors will automatically become members of the Community Benefit Society.
If the share offer is over subscribed then the priority will be given to Bleasby residents.
The offer opens on 8th April 2019 and will close 6 weeks later on 19th May 2019 or when the target of £25,000 is reached, whichever is sooner. The F4RN Board reserve the right to extend the offer beyond the initial period if they believe that doing so would benefit the share issue

Becoming a F4RN Subscriber if you live in Bleasby
The work to being fibre to Bleasby is eligible for grant funding under the Government’s Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme. The vouchers are worth up to £2,500 for SME customers and £500 for residential customer, although they do not cover the VAT on the connection. Provided that we can raise enough share investment and there are enough people who want to take up the F4RN service in Bleasby, then the voucher will cover the full cost of the connection.
We are asking new subscribers to help support the initial costs of development by providing F4RN with an interest free loan of £316 when they sign up for the service. The loan will have a term of ten years however it will be redeemed early once your connection goes live and will be used to cover the first six months’ service and the offset the value of the VAT on the connection.
