If you are an existing customer please raise a ticket on our support desk by sending an email to f4rn@f4rn.org.uk using the email address that you have registered with F4RN.  Alternatively,  you can call 01636 857287 and leave a voice message, making sure that we can identify you.

As a volunteer community scheme,  we are not able to take live phone calls, but please leave a message and this will be automatically forwarded to one of our volunteers.
